Google made a similar move last month by revealing just 2 percent of its employees are Black, 3 percent are Hispanic, and 30 percent are women.

At the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg said the lack of diversity is “pretty depressing.”
