WATCH: Ferguson Police Chief Speaks to CNN
Shortly after issuing a video apology to the family of Michael Brown, the unarmed teenager who was fatally shot last month, Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson talked to CNN about why it took him so long to apologize.
The video was released on Thursday by a public relations agency. In it, Jackson said: “I’m truly sorry for the loss of your son. I’m also sorry that it took so long to remove Michael from the street.”
