Trump Hotel Tagged With ‘Black Lives Matter’
Donald Trump flaunts the message of “Making America Great Again,” yet, his offensive remarks toward women and people of color contradict his circulating slogan.
Since Trump decided to run for president, and even bumped his way up to actually becoming the Republican nominee, peace has been the furthest from hitting the streets. In addition to the social unrest resulting from the countless deaths of unarmed Black lives at the hands of police officers, America has already been on a tight rope of tension.
That tension has stirred an even louder message and call for social justice displayed with protests and a harder push for people to understand why many continue to shout #BlackLivesMatter.
Well, someone wanted the message to be evident to anyone who decides to spend an evening or two in the newly opened Trump Hotel in Washington, D.C. The building was vandalized on Saturday with graffiti that read “Black Lives Matter” and “No Justice No Peace.”

After being discovered by hotel employees, the graffiti was covered with plywood.
