Trevor Noah Calls Ivanka Trump A “Liar” After She Takes Job In Dad’s Administration

Raise your hand if you’re surprised Ivanka Trump has taken a job in the White House to be a part of her father’s administration. This is something we all knew would eventually happen, it’s just been made official now.

The eldest daughter of President Trump might even be taking on some First Lady duties while the actual First Lady Melania Trump stays in New York City with the youngest Trump offspring, Baron.

Trump is officially a federal employee and it’s not sitting well with many.

During Thursday’s episode of Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show,” host, Trevor Noah, showed viewers a clip of Trump”s “60 Minutes” interview where Lesley Stahl said to her directly, “People think that you’re gonna be part of the administration, Ivanka.”

She played coy, saying, “I’m — no. I’m going to be a daughter.”

“And a liar!” said Noah in a high-pitched voice as though to mimic Trump’s.

Noah went on to say, “We all knew that Donald couldn’t stand to be apart from Ivanka, you know? And in his four-year term, he was eventually gonna find some way to bring her in.”

Of course this all nepotism in the worst way possible. According to Noah, the President has the patience of a toddler. Let’s also remember Trump’s husband, Jared Kushner, now has a job in his father-in-law’s administration.

For some reason, it’s seen as a good idea for several members of the same family to have access to the country’s codes.
