Details Emerge in Kaepernick Incident

More details have emerged in the possible sexual assault case involving San Franciso 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and two other NFL players. 49ers wide receiver Quinton Patton and Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette.

According to a police report, Seahawks wide receiver Richardo Lockette called 911 twice after the woman who came to his apartment refused to leave. The woman, who told police she’d made mixed drinks and shots for Kaepernick, Lockette and 49ers wide receiver Quinton Patton, had been lying naked on a bed.

The incident was first reported last week; however, Kaepernick maintains his innocence and says the original TMZ story was false. The QB tweeted last week:

“The charges made in the TMZ story and other stories I’ve seen are completely wrong. They make things up about me that never happened. I take great pride in who I am and what I do, but I guess sometimes you have to deal with someone who makes things up. I want to thank all of the people who have shared their encouraging sentiments. I assure you that your faith is not misplaced.”

So far, no charges have been filed and the incident is being investigated. To read the full story, click HERE.
