Beyonce Releases New Album

he self-titled album features 14 tracks and 17 videos, including a bonus one of “Grown Woman,” which was teased earlier this week. The album also includes appearances by Jay Z, Blue Ivy Carter, Drake and Frank Ocean. You can watch teasers of the videos on the singer’s website.

The Braxton Sisters Raise $25,000 for Charity

Reality stars the Braxton sisters earned $25,000 for the charity Saving Our Daughters on “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” with host Cedric “The Entertainer” this week.

South Africa Investigates Mandela Interpreter 

The South African government said Friday it is aware of reports that the bogus sign language interpreter at Nelson Mandela’s memorial once faced a murder charge, and said he is being investigated. Phumla Williams of the government communications office said the government is investigating Thamsanqa Jantjie and how he was selected to interpret at a memorial Tuesday at which he stood close to U.S. President Barack Obama and other leaders.

Colorado School Shooting

A teen opened fire at a Denver high school Friday and shot two classmates before killing himself. According to the Associated Press, the teen made no effort to hide the weapon upon entering school grounds.
