Obama Proposes Bargain

President Barack Obama is extending a new proposal to Republicans that he hopes will break the political gridlock on budget negotiations, offering to cut corporate tax rates in exchange for job investments, according to AP.

Arsenio Hall Returns To TV

Florida Police Accuse Wrong Man

Back in June, Sanford police officers trailed Traymon Williams, a local political activist, while he was riding with his girlfriend and brother. When one patrol car turned into four, the cops stopped Williams, forcing him from his vehicle and handcuffing him at gunpoint. Police later let Williams go when they realized they had the wrong suspect.

Frank Ocean Cancels Show
