Oklahoma City Cop Accused of Sex Crimes
Oklahoma City police officer Daniel Holtzclaw is under fire for allegedly sexually assaulting at least eight Black women.
According to Mlive.com, the former Eastern Michigan University football player has been charged with 16 felonies. Charges include “several counts of of first-degree rape, forcible oral sodomy, sexual battery, indecent exposure, first-degree rape by instrumentation, first-degree burglary and felonious stalking.”
A judge has ordered a cash bond of $5 million. Meanwhile, Holtzclaw’s family has started social media pages in support of the officer. A GoFundMe campaign demanding “justice for Daniel Holtzclaw” was reportedly started, but has since been disabled.
