Obama Speaks Tonight on PBS
Today’s history continues to unfold right before our eyes as President Barack Obama prepares to honor Dr. Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech, delivered 50 years ago, with a powerful word of his own.
The President won’t stop with an oration. He’s continuing the celebration tonight on PBS NEWSHOUR with Gwen Ifill and Judy Woodruff for an exclusive sit-down interview at the White House.
There, he will discuss civil rights and economic opportunity in America five decades after the March on Washington and the news of the day.
The very special conversation will air Wednesday evening on the network and at newshour.pbs.org. Check your local listings for times.
