Not Guilty Plea in Laquan McDonald Case
The attorney representing a police officer charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a Chicago teen says his client will enter a plea of not guilty.
Jason Van Dyke fatally shot 17-year-old Laquan McDonald in October 2014. He was charged last week after a video showing him shooting McDonald 16 times was released last week.
The judge in the case ordered Van Dyke held without bond until he was able to review the video.
