Nipsey Hussle Hints at Joint Album With Meek Mill
Meek Mill revealed that he wanted to work with Nipsey Hussle during a Twitter chat with fans in December 2018. His wish may be coming into fruition sooner than fans expected. Nipsey confirmed they’re preparing to release joint album during a radio interview with Real 92.3 LA on Friday.
Sharing details about the collaborative effort, the Victory Lap emcee said, “We been cutting ideas and just getting in. We got a couple records that’s gon’ go off for the summer.”
Two superstar emcees with equally hectic schedules makes creating a joint album seem like a struggle, but not for this duo. The “Double Up” rapper said, “It’s not hard at all.”
Dropping more hints about a possible timeline for the project, Nipsey said, “We just gotta lock in and get the records done… We would like to come summertime if we gon’ do it. We just gotta lock in.”
