Police say the man stole $100 from one apartment around 7 a.m. while the female resident slept, then “calmly fled” once he encountered the resident’s son. Six hours later, he showed back up at the complex and forced himself through a window of another unit. The woman living there confronted him and he demanded that she stay and cook for him.
