Kobe Bryant’s victorious farewell to the United Center may have been spoiled when the Bulls beat the Lakers Sunday night, but he definitely won in the eyes of many thanks to Bulls Guard Derrick Rose’s son, P.J.
The soon to be retired NBA legend was caught in arguably one of the cutest exchanges of the evening when little P.J. gave him some dap.
Little P. J. Rose came out to watch his dad play, but decided to say “hello” to Kobe.
Bryant finished with 22 points on 8-for-20 shooting in 27 minutes. Julius Randle also had 22 points and Jordan Clarkson added 20 as LA dropped its fifth in a row.
The Bulls played a video tribute to Bryant during the introductions of the Lakers’ starters. Rose, who referred to Bryant as this generation’s Michael Jordan, led the Bulls to victory with 24 points.
