Donda West’s Surgeon Calls Out Kanye

The physician who performed cosmetic surgery on Kanye West’s mother the day before she passed away says he is not responsible for her death.

Dr. Jan Adams made the remarks during an exclusive interview with Inside Edition. The surgeon also said he was set up “as the fall guy” after the 58-year-old died in 2007.

Dr. Adams also said that her caregivers gave her “20 vicodin tabs in less than 20 hours.” He believes that contributed to her death. At the time of her death, Donda West was being cared for by her nephew and Nurse Stephan Scoggins.

“What’s Donda West’s problem? Her nurse wasn’t there,” Dr. Adams said. “Her nurse was gone to a baby shower rather than taking care of his aunt.”

Dr. Adams said he insisted that Ms. West stayed in a medical facility, orders that she went against.

He said she choked to death while lying on her back.

“This lady shouldn’t be dead,” he added. “All he had to do was sit her up.”

After West’s death, Adams lost his practice. He insists that he did nothing wrong, and that the lengthy liposuction, tummy-tuck and breast-reduction surgery was executed without any issues.

Scoggins has denied Adams’ allegations. The nurses’ board dismissed its case against him. Adams was not blamed or charged in connection to West’s death.

Dr. Adams wants Kanye West to speak out about “what he knows.”

“The doctor had nothing to do with his mom’s death,” he said. “The truth when you bury it just grows bigger.”
