Chance the Rapper Takes Kids on Field Trip

Chance the Rapper is famous for spitting some hot bars, but he’s also known for giving back to the community in a tremendous way. What’s his latest social venture? The Chicago native surprised a bunch of kids with a trip to the Field Museum.

The 22-year-old scooped up some children in a school bus, and personally chaperoned them for the entire day. He was sure to document the fun on his Instagram too.

In one post, he uploaded a video of the youngsters chanting “field trip,” and in another, he shared a photo of the group in front of a skeletal dinosaur while inside the museum.

That’s not all Chance has up his sleeve. There will be even more pop-ups and acts of service.

He tweeted, “Proud to say we donated a bunch of art supplies to Cole Park, and will be doing the same for every park we surprise! @OpenMikeChicago.”

Keep an eye out, Chicagoans, the activist could be coming to park near you! Get a glimpse of this week’s adventure below.
