Rico Nasty’s “Block List” is Here to Big-Up the Ladies and Humble the Haters

Rico Nasty got the “Sugar Trap” popping and it’s pretty lit.

The DMV rapper has been putting her cotton candy style of rap on the map with singles like “iCarly” and “Hey Arnold.” The former received over 1 million views while the latter scored a Yatchy-assisted remix. Yesterday, the rapstress who’s also known as Tacobella, premiered her latest “Block List” via Rap-Up.

“My block list poppin’ like my lipgloss/ He so mad, I keep on declining his phone calls/ I don’t love ’em, I don’t need ’em/ Gettin’ money, I can’t see ’em/ Bitches hating, I delete ’em,” she raps.

Created with women in mind, the song is an ode to all the Bad B*t*hes who’s on their grind and refuse to let a no good dude waste their time. “Blocklist’ is a bad bitches’ anthem,” she shared with Rap-Up. “It’s showing what females may do or think about doing to ni**as who just act thirsty and think that they can waste a girl’s time and get away with it.

“Block List” follows “Glo Bottles” and her “Mamacita” track featuring Lil Yachty, which appeared on The Fate of the Furious soundtrack. Let us know what you think of the Sugar Trap star and tune in below. Her forthcoming mixtape, Tales of a TacoBella is due out May 19.
