As Rae Sremmurd’s star continues to rise, it’s only natural that the Mississippi duo would eventually see fit to unlock the solo swag. Now making his own mark with features on 2 Chainz’ “Poor Fool” and  most notablyFrench Montana’s smash hit “Unforgettable,” Swae Lee is ready to show the world he’s got what it takes to be a standalone star.

Taking to Instagram, Swae Lee recently gave fans a quick sampling of what to expect from his upcoming solo album, Swaecation. The clip shared by one half of Rae Sremmurd featured a slow-burning banger banger laced with some of Swae Lee’s mellow auto-tuned vocals.

Swaecation has yet to receive a proper release date. It might be a while before we know when Swae Lee will make his official solo debut, seeing as Rae Sremmurd recently started gearing up to complete the SremmLife trilogy with their upcoming effort, SremmLife 3. The duo has already debuted two SL3 tracks (“Ballin’ So Crazy” and “Ric Flair”) live in concert since the project was announced in April.
