Lessons from Lil Uzi: Take that Jump and Regret Nothing
May the force be with you, Uzi.
Similar to his name, Lil Uzi Vert is a fire cracker and a straight shooter, ready to risk it all when his heart calls.

Fans have gotten use to his crazy antics during shows and at some points even welcome it. He’s been swarmed, tackled and chased during his short career and it doesn’t seem like he minds the attention. His latest outrageous act was no different.
During his performance at the Rolling Loud Festival in Miami over the weekend, the Philly rapper soared off of the platform stage into a sea of fans. This questionable act during his “Money Longer” set leads me to believe his Caucasian fans were at high alert. Because I can’t see a bunch of Black folk willing to act as his safeguard at the risk of loosing an eye, messing up their outfit or even worst, their hair.
Now I can’t say much because I jumped 10,000 feet from a plane with only the ground as my savior, so hey, every one has there thrills. But if there’s one thing we can learn from Lil Uzi Vert is to take that leap of faith, it’s worth it.
May the odds be ever in your favor, Uzi.
