As the season of “Wild Thoughts” continues, Fabolous and A Boogie Wit Da the Hoodie came through with an ode to the “Wild Thots” who guarantee to make it a summer to remember.

It was only a matter of time before the Spanish guitar-fueled instrumental found its way into the hands of an NYC emcee, and the Brooklyn/Bronx duo definitely delivered. “Wild Thots” finds the pair remixing DJ Khaled’s summer banger while Carlos Santana’s guitar sings the familiar tune we know so well. A Boogie takes the lead on the first verse and proclaims his love for an ex despite being surrounded by “Those Hoes Over There.”

“You used to be my baby/Remember when you used to wear my chain and my bracelets/I know you blushin’ when I make a statement / So don’t you worry ’bout them bitches I don’t entertain them / They only want me ’cause I’m famous / I’m A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie but just call me baby,” raps Boogie, taking a page from Destiny’s Child “Independent”

Fabo kept it classic with a few topical bars laced in Brooklyn swag. “The sun is gone shine even through the shady / Just ’cause I play it Melo, don’t think you can trade me / You can’t buy class, I bought a new Mercedes / Came back on them birds, I’m the new Tom Brady.”

Since its release, the song has already racked up over 1.5 million views on Youtube. Check out the video above and join the wave.
