The Real Deal: If you’re anything like me, then you may have eaten a bit too much at Thanksgiving dinner. Fear not! This 30-minute fat burning workout by BeFiT GO is just the thing to kickstart your metabolism after your third (or fifth!) helping.
I definitely felt out of breath during and after this workout, so don’t feel bad. My favorite part was the medicine ball slam. It’s a healthy way to release aggression…say from crazy crowds during Black Friday shopping. Oh, and the rest periods. I wish they were longer, but circuit training and yadda yadda.
Note: Burpee Broad Jumps are the devil! I can barely do a regular burpee, let alone one that requires me to jump the entire length of a yoga mat afterward! Did I mention I’m only 5’5? Oh, and I hate planks, too. They kick my butt like nobody’s business.
The best part about this workout is that you can do it anywhere–literally. You can even watch this video on your smartphone, so you really have no excuse not to workout. I do recommend stretching on your own before and after the workout, however, because the video kind of breezes past that part. And for a workout this intense, you need to make sure you’re nice and limber.
