Fit Friday: 3 Ways to Eliminate Stubborn Belly Fat

Abs are made in the kitchen! 500 hundred crunches a day won’t generate tight, visible abs if your diet is poor. Here are three tips to eliminate belly fat and build the sexy six pack you’ve always wanted!

1) Cardio and abs go hand in hand!

One of the best ways to shed weight around the abdominal region is to eliminate the fat that surrounds it. It’s all about shedding unhealthy fat and building lean muscle mass. Try sprinting on the track, jump rope, HIIT (High Intensity Interval training) or boxing! If you hate doing abdominal exercises, then I recommend doing them before you train! Concentrate on contracting your stomach muscles while performing each rep. It’s better to do 15 efficient leg raises than 100 lackluster ab crunches.

2) Abs are made in the kitchen!

Your efforts toward achieving a flatter stomach will be pointless if you are consuming unhealthy food! Stay away from processed, fried, foods high in trans and saturated fats, simple sugars, alcohol, and artificial anything. Incorporate nutritious healthy foods into your diet and you’ll see that pouch disappear.

3) Consistency is the most important factor.

When it comes to achieving a flatter stomach, make a plan then stick to it! If you plan to perform 50 efficient core-burning reps every night before you go to bed then do it! The same rule applies when it comes to a healthy diet! Stick with a clean diet throughout the process and beyond!
