Today in fashion’s musical chairs, Elaine Welteroth will lead Teen Vogue. As this could be one of the most important jobs of shaping tomorrow’s top bloggers, we are hopeful about the future of fashion.
The San Francisco native is the second African American in Condé Nast‘s 107-year history to hold such a prestigious title. Besides, we can’t have a bunch of “cash me outside” teens trolling the internet again. Last year it was “Damn, Daniel,” next year we’re praying for a fashion miracle.
That’s why in the months leading up to the 2016 Election, Teen Vogue has been encouraging young readers to get involved.
