BOSS Network Honors Men Who Lead
Are you a leading man living in the Chicago area?
We have just the event for emerging and established captains of industry.
JET is the official media sponsor for the latest creation of The BOSS Network, an award-winning online community of professional and entrepreneurial women. The organization, which regularly contributes to our site with the BOSS Up series, has been celebrating its fifth anniversary all year with events in Chicago and Atlanta.
The culminating event, hosted by BOSS founder Cameka Smith, will for the first time honor some of Chicago’s male leaders on Saturday December 6 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Society Art Gallery.
U.S. Cellular’s Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer, Linal Harris will be the featured speaker. Guests also can expect to hear words from successful men such as Emile Cambry, Founder, Blue 1647 and Upload technology columnist for JET; Dr. Lawrence Willis, Assistant Director of H.I.M. at the University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System; Kevin Johnson, Senior Manager, Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence at PricewaterhouseCooper; and Corey Gilkey, founder of LDRS1354 and LDRSK8.
All proceeds benefit the Joshua House, children’s charity.
