Sleep deprivation. Freshman 15. Eating greasy BBQ pizza at 5 a.m. while finishing midterm papers. The life of a college student is fast and hectic, and the average college diet is just as disturbing. Pick up some multivitamins to help curb your lack of healthy eating and get in some gym time. If your campus doesn’t offer a fitness center, check out your local YMCA.

Use protection. It’s a basic rule, but some people tend to forget. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, four of every 10 new HIV infections occur in people younger than 30. Avoid risky behavior and make use of campus health services to learn the facts.
