The Rainbow PUSH Coalition teamed up with Google to organize the “Dream Makers, Risk Takers and Money Makers: Diversity and Inclusion in Tech Forum.”

The event, aimed to introduce people of color to the world of technology, was held at the Google headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.

“Our goal is to bring unheard voices front and center. We are the conduits to get you heard,” said Glenda Gill, Executive Director of Rainbow PUSH.

Chris Genteel, Head of Diversity Markets & Supplier Diversity for Google, added,”Google’s mission is to organize the world’s information and make it accessible. With Rainbow PUSH, our mission is to make that information accessible to all.”

Experts from YouTube, Impact Media & Entertainment Coalition and Black Tree TV were all in attendance. Erica Campbell even stopped to chat about her new YouTube channel.
