Watch: Wale’s SOTU Performance

Well, this is surely another first! Wale rocked the White House Tuesday night ahead of President Barack Obama’s final State of The Union (SOTU) address.

We all know the leader of the free world and First Lady Michelle have brought new swagger to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. over the last eight years, and this definitely took it up another energetic notch.

The D.C. rapper is no stranger to their quarters. He and POTUS shared moments last year when the MMG emcee was invited to perform at FLOTUS’s Beating the Odds Summit as part of her “Reach Higher” initiative.

You’d think it would be a challenge to get a group of politicos and lawmakers to loosen up and pump their fist to hip-hop, but as the video indicates below, Wale seemed not to struggle in that arena.
