You can add The Game to the ever-growing list of rappers-turned-reality TV family men. Jayceon “The Game” Taylor and his fiance, Tiffney Cambridge, struggle with balancing their careers, children and each other.


BAD 25 Michael Jackson documentary (ABC) Thursday 9/8 CT

After all of the turkey is gone, cuddle up on the couch for this special Michael Jackson documentary from Spike Lee chronicling the making of the 1987 Bad album. Inside stories from collaborators like Martin Scorsese (director of the Bad video), Sheryl Crow (back-up singer for the Bad tour) and more fill the nostalgia-ridden film.

Trapped in the Closet (IFC) Friday 7/6 CT

The Trapped in the Closet saga returns to the Independent Film Channel, picking up where Pimp Lucius (R. Kelly) left off in 2007. The world premiere of “Chapter 23 and Beyond” promises even more melodrama than the last 22 chapters.

Soul Train Awards 2012 (BET) Sunday 8/7 CT

Cedric the Entertainer hosts this year’s awards show, which includes performances from Fantasia, John Legend, Charlie Wilson, Elle Varner, Keyshia Cole, Stevie Wonder and more. The father of Soul Train, Don Cornelius, will also be honored at the star-studded event.
