Eddie Murphy: One Night Only (Spike) Wednesday 10/9c

Comedy’s biggest stars align to pay tribute to “comedy’s original rock star,” Eddie Murphy. Keenan Ivory Wayans, Jamie Foxx, Martin Lawrence, and the incomparable Stevie Wonder all make appearances to pay respect to the iconic funny man. Check out the preview below:

We Will Always Love You: A Grammy Salute to Whitney Houston (CBS) Friday 10/9c

Jennifer Hudson, Usher, Yolanda Adams and more pay tribute to the late Whitney Houston during this hour-long special. The salute will also include interviews from various stars recalling their favorite moments with Whitney and the best performances from the diva herself.

Iyanla, Fix My Life (OWN) Saturday 10/9c

In this week’s episode, Iyanla Vanzant heads to Los Angeles to support actress Maia Campbell, best known for her role as Tiffany on the sitcom In the House, starring LL Cool J. Through the years, Maia has struggled with addiction and was publicly humiliated when shocking videos of her allegedly high on drugs leaked online.

American Music Awards (ABC) Sunday 8/7c

This year’s award show heats up with acts like Nicki Minaj, Usher, Ke$ha, No Doubt and more. Rihanna and Nicki Minaj lead the pack for nominations, with four each. But we’ll have to tune in to see who the big winner will be.

Oprah’s Favorite Things: 2012 (OWN) Sunday  8/7c

The Oprah Winfrey Show is done but “Oprah’s Favorite Things” is here to stay. The queen of daytime talk will announce her list of favorite products of the year, which she will give away to her audience, as usual. Some things we already know are on her list: Microsoft’s Surface tablet, lipsticks from Tom Ford, and a Bose VideoWaveII. So, how can we score a seat to the taping?
