For the second year in a row, the African-American Film Festival Releasing Movement is uniting more than 40 Black feature filmmakers to interact with film lovers, aspiring creatives and others to raise awareness for its 2015 “rebel” membership drive.
Filmmakers will live tweet in a 12-hour conversation from 10a.m. EDT to 10p.m. Wednesday to further to conversation about diversity in cinema, among other things.
The online chat is being hosted by AFFRM founder and filmmaker Ava DuVernay, the award-winning director of Selma.
