Star Jones is making a return to the small screen thanks to VH1, because the network has given the green light to a series based on her book, Satan’s Sisters.
The one hour show, which will carry the same name as the 2011 roman à clef, will follow five co-hosts of a daily talk show entitled, The Lunch Hour.
While the world witnesses a group of friendly buddies on camera, the behind-the-scenes action reveals a vastly different story.
Jones was one of the original frontrunners of The View when it first aired in 1997, remaining a cast member for nine years. Upon her departure, she released a book inspired by her experiences.
Catch Satan’s Sisters when it airs in 2017.
