Phaedra Parks has had a tumultuous season on Real Housewives of Atlanta and it look like all of the drama, lies and false accusations may have cost the attorney her coveted peach.
This season, Parks who was in the midst of a divorce from her now-incarcerated husband Apollo Nida, inserted herself in a ton of drama between Kandi Burruss and Porsha Williams. It looks like all of the drama has become major legal issues, and Bravo might have decided not to invite Parks back for the next season.
The rumors about Phaedra leaving RHOA first started swirling around when fans noticed that she removed any mention of the series from her social media accounts. Then it was reported that when everyone got their renewal papers for season 10 last week, Phaedra’s contract was nowhere to be found. A source told lovebescott.com, “Everyone was given their renewal papers last week, and Phaedra didn’t get hers. She got caught in so many treacherous lies this season that even the producers (including Andy Cohen) have had enough. She even brought ‘fake’ divorce papers to the reunion to prove a point. No one knows whether she’s telling the truth about anything anymore.” Apparently, sources behind the scenes are even saying that Phaedra tried to blame that terrible date rape lie on one of the show’s executive producers.
Currently, the Southern Belle’s reps are saying simply that the rumors of her firing are “untrue.” However, we are sure that whatever went down will come to light eventually. Here’s what we do know about the next season of RHOA. Cynthia Bailey will be returning despite earlier rumors that she would not be, and OG RHOA veterans NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak will also be back for season 10. However, don’t get too excited, Leakes and Zolciak will not be full-time cast members.
Could this mean there could be a new Atlanta Housewife coming into the fold? Until we know more, we can all sit in anticipation for the four-episode reunion which begins Sunday, April 16 at 8 PM on Bravo.
