Former Bad Boy artist Shyne took to the Twittersphere last night to blast newbie rapper Kendrick Lamar’s studio album debut, good kid, m.A.A.d City.
“Yoooo! Kendrick Lamar is talented with a lot of potential but his album is traaaaash,” Shyne tweeted last night. “All Kendrick Lamar d#%^ riders & nut huggers! His album was trash! Good kid! Terrible album!” Shyne tweeted.
Schoolboy Q stepped up in defense of Lamar, his Top Dawg Entertainment label mate, tweeting back at Shyne, ” We all know @OriginalShyne AIN’T EATIN!!!!! N*gga ain’t had a hot verse since ’01.”
