Rosie Perez Blames Biopic for Bobbi Kristina
As expected, opinions and fingers of blame are flying in the case of Bobbi Kristina and her recent condition.
Bobbi Kristina, 21, was found face down and unresponsive in the bathtub at her Atlanta home on Saturday, and since the tragedy, people have been sending messages of support and trying to understand what exactly took place.
While reports continue to circulate about the current state of Bobbi Kristina’s well-being, The View co-host Rosie Perez lends her opinion as to what she thinks contributed to Bobbi Kris’ breakdown. And though some folks have implied it, she straight out said it.
In her mind, the recent Angela Bassett-directed Whitney biopic caused Bobbi Kris to go over the edge.
“I just thought that movie came out, and this is no disrespect to Angela Bassett…but an unauthorized biography of her mom… it must’ve really hurt her deeply to watch that,” Perez said on the show. “We forget that these people are human beings. We sit there and we talk abut people and put these people in tabloids and we forget we’re human beings.”
Does Rosie Perez make an understandable point or should comments be withheld due to a lack of facts?
We may never know the truth behind the matter, and in honesty, we are not truly entitled to know, but we continue to wish Bobbi Kris and the Houston family well and hope that she pulls through with flying colors.
