Fans of the show will remember Crews’ guest appearances as Darryl. A personal trainer, and high school friend of Jay (Tisha Campbell-Martin), Darryl created a ridiculously high-paced workout for Michael (Damon Wayans).
Everybody Hates Chris (2005-2009)
Thrifty is what they called him. One of Crew’s most memorable portrayals is that of Julius, the supremely frugal head of household in this popular television series.
In this hilarious Eddie Murphy flick, Crews flexing his muscles as a protective older brother of the much-loathed main character, Rasputia — also played by Murphy.

Who doesn’t love cartoons? Crews had to flex more than his biceps for the role of Office Earl Devereaux, the regulator in this flick’s animated town.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2013)
The actor plays Sergeant Terry Jeffords, an emotionally charged squad leader, on this new sitcom, which also stars Andy Sandberg.
