Have you caught this Old Spice star in his latest role on Brooklyn Nine-Nine?  If not, you should check out Terry Crews in this fall-out funny program.  And while we’re at it, JET takes a look back at the biggest roles of  the NFL player-turned -comedic actor’s career.

White Chicks  (2004)

Crews steals several scenes as Latrell Spencer, a pro-athlete who falls hard for a high society Caucasian woman only to find out she’s really an undercover detective (Marlon Wayans) in drag.

My Wife and Kids (2001- 2005)

Fans of the show will remember Crews’ guest appearances as Darryl.  A personal trainer, and high school friend of Jay (Tisha Campbell-Martin), Darryl created a ridiculously high-paced workout for Michael (Damon Wayans).

Everybody Hates Chris (2005-2009)

Thrifty is what they called him. One of Crew’s most memorable portrayals is that of Julius, the supremely frugal head of household in this popular television series.

Norbit (2007)

In this hilarious Eddie Murphy flick, Crews flexing his muscles as a protective older brother of the much-loathed main character, Rasputia — also played by Murphy.

Are We There Yet  (2010-)

This family comedy stars a slew of familiar faces, including Essence Atkins and Keesha Sharp. Still Crews is a definite standout as Nick, a lovable, easygoing stepdad to two busy  teenagers.

Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2 (2013)

Who doesn’t love cartoons? Crews had to flex more than his biceps for the role of Office Earl Devereaux, the regulator in this flick’s animated town.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2013)

The actor plays Sergeant Terry Jeffords, an emotionally charged squad leader, on this new sitcom, which also stars Andy Sandberg.
