Rapper Rick Ross is being sued by SM Global Union for leaving a Charlotte, NC concert set earlier than he was supposed to, according to AllHipHop.com. The show promoters allege that they paid Ross $90,000 to perform for an hour, yet he left the stage after only 15 minutes.
Waka Flocka and Meek Mill are also being sued for contract breaches by the company for failing to advertise the concert through their social media accounts, according to the lawsuit.
SM Global Union seeks $226,000 from Ross in damages, as well as lost profits.
