Warren G Re-Emerges with G-Funk Era II

Warren G is still “funked-out with a gangsta twist” in his newly released “Regulate…G-Funk Era Part II” EP.

The laid-back Cali artist brings a sound that he says has been missing in hip-hop. It’s a sound that aesthetically fuses groove with the streets.

The success of his 1994 release, Regulate, which gained a major assist from the late Nate Dogg, has embodied Warren G’s career, proving that he could create a timeless hit record – even if Death Row was reluctant to back him after he helped Dr. Dre’s classic record, The Chronic.

Nevertheless, G aims to bring some feel-good to the ear with Regulate…G-Funk Era Part II, adding unreleased Nate Dogg vocals and calling on significant artist such as E-40 and Bun B, to name a few.

Though it comes a year after it’s 20th anniversary, the momentum may still be on the rise as he delivers a true West Coast vibe.
