LL Cool J Developing CBS Comedy Series

LL Cool J is adding his name to the growing list of entertainers that we’re used to seeing in front of the camera, making moves behind the scenes.

While the rapper/actor is still holding down his spot on CBS’ “NCIS: Los Angeles”, he also has his sights on expanding the network relationship by producing a new scripted comedy series titled, Brotherhood.

The series is based off of a UK series with the same name and follows two brothers who find their lives flipped upside down after they move in together to care for their 10-year-old brother.

Yep, that bachelor life is out the door.

Below is an episode of the UK version.

Brotherhood US is currently in early development. If it goes to series, this will mark LL’s, who also produces and host Spike TV’s Lip Sync Battle, first executive-producer credit on a scripted series.
