It looks like two is better than one, because another set of rappers have teamed up for a joint project.
During an episode of Rap Radar, 2 Chainz announced an album featuring him and Lil Wayne.
“I’ve got ColliGrove that I’m working on,” he said of the title, which combines the Atlanta emcee’s College Park hometown with the New Orleans lyricist’s Hollygrove neighborhood. “That’s the me and Wayne project. That will be out, probably sooner than people think.”
These two join Drake and Future, who dropped What A Time To Be Alive in September and Fetty Wap and French Montana, whose Coke Zoo hit airwaves last month.
No word on the latest duo’s release date yet, but stay tuned. Hopefully, J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar are up next.
