Lauryn Hill Replaces D’Angelo at ‘FUN’ Festival

The fact that Lauryn Hill has yet to follow-up her 1998 classic, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, with a full body of new works never detours a fan from checking out her live shows.

A silent mover, the artist keeps her music low-key until she hits the stage, and the song line-up carries that same mystique. Fans will once again have the Ms. Hill experience during Austin’s Fun Fun Fun Festival, which kicks off Nov. 6.

The songstress will take the “Orange Stage” on Nov. 8 as a headliner replacement for D’Angelo and The Vanguard. D’Angelo dropped out of the event due to an illness and has cancelled a string of performances and appearances under doctor’s orders.

We hope he gets bet better soon.
