Kevin Hart is helping Trevor Noah kick off the new season of The Daily Show as the host’s first guest.
Comedy Central made the announcement Wednesday, and the comedian is thrilled to be a part of the series.
“I couldn’t be more excited 2 sit down with @TrevorNoah on @TheDailyShow…Looking forward to a fun conversation man #Congrats,” he tweeted.
Also ringing in premiere week are Tinder co-founder Whitney Wolfe, Republican presidential candidate Chris Christie and Ryan Adams.
Noah, who is succeeding Jon Stewart after a 16-year run, has been gearing up for his new gig all summer. He’s starred in a slew of teaser videos to give fans a glimpse of what’s to come, and his Sept. 28 debut is just five days away.
