Kanye West to Perform at DNC Fundraiser

Kanye West might be beginning his 2020 presidential campaign early, because he is set to hit the stage during the Democratic National Committee event next month.

According to NBC, the rapper will perform a fundraiser concert at San Francisco’s Warfield, which holds 2,300 people. What’s also exciting is that he’s expected to sing records from his upcoming Swish album.

Back in August, the rapper announced that he’d be running for president five years from now during his VMA Vanguard acceptance speech.

He’s serious about his political future, too. In recent interviews, he’s praised president hopeful Ben Carson and talked about his intent to take over the White House.

Perhaps, he’ll get more acquainted with his governmental counterparts during his DNC appearance.
