Janelle Monae’s “Rebelutionary”

Janelle Monae’s is taking her eclectic eye to her own talent roster in 2015.

With her newly launched Wondaland Records (under the Epic Records umbrella), Janelle Monae is flexing her business muscle, getting ready to release new music from artists she’s signed. Wondaland’s Jidenna, Deep Cotton, St. Beauty and Roman GianArthur, are all expected to release new music throughout this year.

In a recent interview with VIBE, the singer spoke on her longtime desire to be more than an artist but become an innovative vessel extending opportunities to “artists who truly care about community and redefining the creative waters in the music industry.”

Along with promoting her artists, Janelle will be joining Aloe Blacc as a judge for the 2015 CLIO Music Awards, an international competition for marketing and advertising in the music industry.
