Not Funny: Khloe Kardashian Jokes about KKK
In the latest what was she thinking news tied in with a shamed #SMH, we have Khloe Kardashian comparing herself and sisters, Kim and Kourtney, to the KKK.
Yeah, NOT funny.
I don’t get it, do these sisters try to one up each other anytime the other gets the Internet buzzing with their name in the headlines? Is there some type of sibling rivalry happening. If, so, in this form it is ab-so-lute-ly WACK!
Hmmm, I wonder how the Black men that the Kardashians have attached themselves to feel about this? Ray J, Reggie Bush, Kanye, Lamar Odom, Tyga … I could go on. But will refrain.
There is nothing funny or okay about comparing yourself to a group of people who made it their livelihood and mission to destroy an entire race – mothers and children included.
The KKK taught and encouraged hate. They do not joke about that. There are images to prove it.
The audacity of Khloe creating, co-signing, posting….whatever to this mess is cause for a re-evaluation of her family and the way they fiend for the Black culture and Black men … of power. I feel “of power” is very necessary to add because their track record shows nothing short of surrounding themselves with million-dollar status celebrities.
We have Kim “Breaking the Internet” with her arse on front street, married to a Black man whom she raises her half-Black daughter with and then Khloe showcasing a harsh ideology.
I am not accusing Khloe of being a racist, the persona she gives off is one that is carefree and witty; however, the above meme would definitely cause a side-eye and question why she felt it okay to associate herself and sisters with such an organization.
Are we being too sensitive? Maybe. Maybe not. But the bigger picture is how freely these women feel to “joke” about a part of history that a majority of their beaus, ex-beaus and friends’ ancestors could have very well been victims of.
Wow. And Khloe was the more likeable of the bunch.
