Right in the heat of the Grammys, DJ Khaled took full advantage of the buzz and dropped his new single via Tidal out of thin air.
The cover art features Khaled’s newborn son Asahd Tuck Khaled dressed in a tuxedo.
The single, “Shinning,” features Beyonce and Jay Z, which is the first song we’ve heard from both of them together in 2017. Just a week ago, Khaled held a press conference, with the help of Chance the Rapper and Diddy, where he announced the release of his new album Grateful.
Shinning starts off with Khaled, saying, “I worked my whole life for this one” then enters Beyonce delivering the chorus over the upbeat track, followed by Jay Z with a verse where he mentions his twins and even the possibility of a son.
As Khaled is the King of collaborations, Grateful is expected to feature tons of artist like Migos, Chance the Rapper and many more.
