Bow Wow Announces Retirement From Rap

Shad Moss, the rapper formerly known as Lil’ Bow Wow, is once again the talk of social media.

Last week the musical artist turned TV host came under fire for claiming he can’t sympathize with the civil rights movement because he’s “mixed,” but today he’s actually trending because of his first love–music.

Apparently, the 29-year-old is leaving the rap game. In a surprising move, Moss told fans he’s putting down the mic down before he hits the big 3-0.

The announcement came after Bow Wow rocked the stage in Australia, and according to Moss, he’s dropping one more album before he truly leaves the scene.

The man he’s relying on execute his vision? Uncle Snoop.

There’s no word on when Mr. Wow’s last album–tentatively titled “NYLTH”–will drop, but his fans are sad to see him go.

Others, however, weren’t so nostalgic.

Moss says he’s laying down the mic to pursue more acting and TV roles.

We wish him luck!
