Beyoncé is headed back to the Global Citizen Festival as one of the headlining acts.
This is the star’s second consecutive time singing at the annual humanitarian event, which will also include performances from Pearl Jam, Coldplay and Ed Sheeran.
Taking place on September 26th at New York City’s Central Park, the show intentionally coincides with the United Nations General Assembly, a yearly meeting where leaders from 193 countries devise strategies to end extreme poverty.
Attendees can take part in the action too. In fact, concertgoers must participate in community service acts listed on the group’s website in order to earn a ticket.
