‘Beyhive’ Not Pleased With Chris Brown Collab

It appears that Chris Brown and Queen Bey have collaborated on a song.

The remix of Beyoncé‘s “Jealous” hit the internet yesterday. Brown added his vocals to the already known single which released in December of 2013 on Queen Bey’s self-titled album.

The song is pretty catchy. It starts off with Beyoncé doing her thing per usual, then Breezy jumps in.

“Queen B, I’m trippin’ ’cause I’m a little insecure when your phone go off,” he sings, and ends it with, “So mad I’m drunk texting / Now I’m reminiscing how we fell in love in Texas / Girl, I’m jealous.”

Though the song is liked by many, there has been a little bit of controversy. If you haven’t listened to Beyoncé‘s latest album, you should know that the singer has no problem letting people know that she is a feminist. Many were confused as to why she would even collab with Brown in the first place.

Fans felt Beyoncé‘s feminst values conflicted with the fact that Brown has past domestic violence baggage.

The reasoning for the leak of the song is unclear. Beyoncé has yet to speak on it. However, Brown took to Twitter when the remix was dropped. So whether or not Bey condoned the song’s release is unknown.
