[Update] 50 Cent Hits A New Level of Petty

UPDATE May 4, 2016: 50 Cent issued the following statement to Page Six: “While the incident at the airport resulted from an unfortunate misunderstanding, I am truly sorry for offending the young man,” the rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, told Page Six in a statement. “It was certainly not my intent to insult him or the disability community, which is a source of great strength in America. I have apologized personally to him and his family.”

ORIGINAL REPORT: May 3, 2016.

We all know that rapper/businessman Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson has an impeccable track record of petty attacks and low blows.

But, what we’ve recently come across shines a new light on how the G-Unit frontman can go even lower than verbally attacking other rappers and putting crutches on their careers.

In the below 20-second video, recorded by 50 himself, he can be seen taunting a contract worker at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.

*Explicit Language*

What makes the story even more harsh is that 50 is accusing the worker of using drugs, a notion that could be far from the reality of the situation.

In an interview with WKRC Cincinnati, the worker, identified as Andrew and his parents shared that he has dealt with social anxiety and mild autism throughout his life.

“It was heartbreaking to see him treated like that,” his mother said.

“I don’t do drugs,” Andrew stated. “I believe in God. I’m a hard worker.”

50’s behavior may not only leave a distaste for the entertainer morally, but it may hit his pockets as well. Folks are taking a stand with plans to boycott his Effen Vodka liquor brand in Cincinnati.

Andrew’s family would like an apology from 50.

Hopefully, he’ll own up to his behavior and deliver a sincere and genuine apology.

Dang, 50. Smh.
