The perfect holographic glow.

Every 90’s kid understands the nostalgia surrounding silly putty. Along with slime, Tamagotchis, and Easy Bake ovens, we used to do anything to get our hands on these toys. Silly putty is proving itself to be one of the most timeless toys of its kind with its comeback in the form of a highlighter.

Stila’s Heaven Hue Highlighter is the product that you won’t be able to stop playing with as part of your morning makeup routine. The formula is neither liquid or powder, but rather creamy with a bouncy texture and buildable intensity. It is best applied with a dense brush or fingertips because of its unique consistency. The highlighter comes in three shades: opalescent pink which reflects like lavender, a nude pink, and bronze with a gold shimmer.

The product has been around for several months, but its newsworthy formula was popularized when Bustle shared a review from beauty blogger Laura Lee trying out the Stila Heaven’s Hue Highlighter.

Lee mentions that the highlighter feels like putty which makes it melt into the skin for a natural look. She said that she always applied setting spray after putting on powder highlighter, but it was unnecessary because of the highlighter’s staying power.
