In the meantime, if you are current subscribers to our app on iTunes, Google Play or Kindle Fire, please follow the instructions below to get a refund if you paid for an annual subscription.
We also included information for some of our loyal print subscribers with information about how you can continue in the print tradition of JPC with a complimentary, or extended, Ebony subscription.
If you recently purchased a subscription to the JET Digital app on an iOS, Android, or Kindle device, please contact the appropriate app store customer service department for support in obtaining a refund of your purchase.
Since we will be no longer offering monthly issues or subscriptions and will be making the app free for everyone, you will be eligible for a refund from Apple. Unfortunately, Apple does not share your subscriber data with us, which is why we are not able to directly refund you. The best way to get a refund from Apple is by doing the following
Step 1: Open up iTunes on your computer
Step 2: Sign in with your Apple ID
Step 3: Under Account Information, click on See All under the Purchase History section
Step 4: Scroll down till you see the button at the bottom that says “Report A Problem”. Click on it.
Step 4: It will display a list of apps that you have recently downloaded.
Step 5: Find the app that says “JET Digital” and click on the Report A Problem link next to it. If you do not see JET Digital in the list of apps that you can report a problem, then go to Step 7
Step 6: Indicate that you purchased a 12-month subscription and that the app has been made free as of October 2014. Also indicate that the developer is no longer offering subscriptions or any new content and that you require a refund.
Step 7: If you do not see JET Digital in the list of apps for which you can report a problem then go to the link below and log in with your Apple ID
In the form let Apple know that you purchased a subscription to the app called JET Digital and that it is now being offered for FREE. Also indicate that the developer is no longer offering subscriptions or any new content and that you require a refund.

If you were a former subscriber to the print edition of JET magazine, the balance of your subscription was transferred to a print subscription of EBONY magazine.
If you were a former subscriber to the print edition of JET magazine, and already had a print subscription of EBONY magazine, your EBONY subscription was extended based on the balance of issues you had remaining on your JET print subscription.
